ph365ph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph365ph platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the ph365ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ph365ph Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and any person who participates in games, promotions, or any other service offered by ph365ph. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

ph365ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. To be eligible to register and use the ph365ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements;
• You have not previously been excluded from the ph365ph Platform or any other gaming platform operated by ph365ph or its affiliates;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ph365ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

ph365ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of services offered by ph365ph, you must create a registered account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ph365ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your ph365ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. ph365ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365ph account username and password. You agree to notify ph365ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph365ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ph365ph is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

ph365ph reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed.

All financial transactions on the ph365ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph365ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) bank transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) bank transfer
• Metrobank bank transfer

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph365ph account within sixty (60) seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to be reflected in your account balance. ph365ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

ph365ph reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. These limits will be communicated to you within the Platform's cashier section.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ph365ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review in cases where ph365ph's fraud prevention or AML systems flag a transaction for further investigation.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. ph365ph strictly prohibits the withdrawal of funds to third-party accounts. Any attempt to do so may result in the suspension of your account and the referral of the matter to the relevant authorities.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law or the laws of any other jurisdiction applicable to you. ph365ph does not provide tax advice and recommends that you consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

ph365ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by ph365ph are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ph365ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward in cases where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at ph365ph's sole discretion.

All games available on the ph365ph Platform — including but not limited to slots, live baccarat, bingo, Fortune Dragon, and Deuces Wild — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All games on the ph365ph Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fairness by recognized third-party testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are disclosed within the game information panels. ph365ph does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any certified game.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ph365ph's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. ph365ph's decision in such matters is final and binding. ph365ph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph365ph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the ph365ph Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform;
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

ph365ph provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a specified period of play;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period;

ph365ph strictly enforces the 21 years of age minimum requirement and employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.

All content on the ph365ph Platform — including but not limited to the ph365ph brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, images, audio, video, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of ph365ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any ph365ph trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ph365ph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph365ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph365ph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account;
• Damages resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues;
• Any errors or omissions in Platform content.

The ph365ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph365ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, ph365ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ph365ph's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph365ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the ph365ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph365ph is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. All data transmitted between your device and the ph365ph Platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology. ph365ph will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

ph365ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ph365ph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph365ph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting ph365ph support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with ph365ph informally by contacting our support team. ph365ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
